Our Story

Escape to Tranquil Luxury at Spartilas Villas: Unwind by the Private Pool and Delight in Breathtaking Views of The Ionian Sea and Lush Nature from the Terrace.

Mr W. Fussell, a budding architect from the UK was enchanted by Corfu while working in Nissaki on an early tourist complex. He sought out a choice piece of land with a wonderful view and built a traditional, holiday home for his family. Such abodes were soon in demand for rental.

Over the years. the family has made slight improvements, and now for 2023 we constructed 120 meters of lighted walkways from the parking area to both upper and lower villas, down to a sitting area and onto the swimming pool. All surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens. The upper villa main bathroom has been converted for accessibility which is located next to a lovely double bedroom. All areas in both villas are step free and open for easy movement throughout.

Add 120 meters of outdoor lighted stone walled walkways, so one can access both villas. All doorways are a minimum of 82cm / 32.5 inches.

The outdoor areas and swimming pool are designed without any steps, ensuring a seamless and accessible environment for everyone.

Bathroom Features

Upper villa main bathroom: heated floors, walk-in shower with handrails and seat, raised toilet with handrails, and accessible sink.

Seamless Mobility

Perfect surface to get around on, no steps or thresholds to encounter while moving about both villas.
