About Spartilas Villas

This spacious Greek villa was built in the early 1970’s and originally served as a  summer home to enjoy family and friends.

In 1995 the villa underwent an extensive renovation with the goal of transforming it Corfu’s most comfortable and alluring holiday rental home, while preserving the charm of the original structure.
The Spartilas Villas compound is composed of two spacious vacation homes that can be rented together or separately. The entire complex has been developed to be step-free, and accessible by wheelchair. Starting with the private parking area, and on through the villas themselves.

The outdoor areas include the scenic olive garden, with its unobstructed views to the Ionian sea, and the tranquil swimming pool area, which can comfortably accommodate all guests, and for which a hoist can be arranged on order if needed.

Directions and views

The villa is situated on an east to west axis and offers gorgeous  (sunrise / sunset) views of the mountains, olive garden, and the sea below.

Decor

The villa’s entire interior is paved with luxurious marble floors that help regulate temperatures and give the entire space a palatial feel. Large windows ensure the interior is always awash with bright natural light, which is further enhanced by tastefully arranged fixtures that enhance the villa’s beauty and provide a pleasant ambiance at all times.

The view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful, the pool is very nice, both houses are tastefully decorated, the rooms are pretty and functional. The nearby beaches including Barbati and the following are easy to access… We will keep a great memory of our stay in this dream house.

Beautiful villa and pool with very spacious grounds. Comfortable beds with everting you could possibly need. Lovely hosts. We will defiantly be staying again as we all had such a super time.

Amenities

Spartilas Villas is perfect for its location, situated high on the hillside, but not too high into the mountains, the views are spectacular, from morning sunrise to evening sunsets, and admiring the expanse of the sea, the villages below to  Corfu town and beyond  in the distance. Also from the balcony you can see high into the mountains and the village of Spartilas above. The grounds are meticulously maintained year round, from the over 500 year old olive trees, to the lush gardens and fruit trees. All waiting to be explored wandering on the wide, illuminated paved walkways, from the parking area all the way down to the swimming pool and both villas in between. Spartilas Villas ticks all the boxes when looking for a holiday home that has everything. Inside the villa is just as special, with attention to detail at every corner, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the well equipped kitchens, to the most peaceful sleep in the luxurious beds. Furnishing

The villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, bedrooms have wardrobes and desks and large windows that offer garden or sea views.  The comfortable beds and luxury bedding assure a peaceful night’s sleep, bathrobes are provided for added comfort when lounging around on a lazy morning taking in the beauty as you sip your morning beverage of choice.

This is a lovely property overlooking the town and ocean. We stayed for three nights but would’ve liked to have stayed for longer. There were lots of great touches offered by the host and the caretaker, Sia. They offered us fruit and surprised us with freshly baked pastries. The space is very generous and comfortable. Would recommend for a beautiful, serene getaway.

Nearby

The villa is ideally located for exploring Corfu. The villa is only 30 minutes away from Corfu town and the international airport, and less than an hour’s drive from accessible attractions such as the Achilleion palace and Glyfada beach to name a few.
